Which forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards. We do not accept cash or check.
What do you use a payment processor?
We currently use Square for our payment provider as it works well with BigCommerce.
Do you store credit card info?
We currently do not store your credit card information and would need to be added with each order.
Can I check out as a guest?
Currently we require that all users create a customer account so they can better track their orders.
What about sales tax?
We currently only charge sales tax in Massachusetts and most clothing is exempt under MA law. Other items may have tax. Please add your shipping location to the cart for a complete calculation of tax on your order. Shipping is also exempt from sales tax. We currently use a tax product, Avalara, to automatically calculate taxes in the cart.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is flat rate and based per item. The prices shown are directly what Printful charges us, there is no mark up on shipping. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for more details.
